1. These Regulations may be cited as the International Transport of Goods under Cover of TIR Carnets (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1996 and shall come into operation on 3rd June 1996.
2. The International Transport of Goods under Cover of TIR Carnets (Fees) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1992(1) shall be amended as follows—
(1) In regulation 3 (fees for individual approval)—
(a)in paragraph (a), for “£154·00” there shall be substituted “£140·00”; and
(b)in paragraph (b), for “£82·00” there shall be substituted “£70·00”.
(2) In regulation 4 (fee for a duplicate certificate), for “£8·80” there shall be substituted “£9·00”.
3. The International Transport of Goods under Cover of TIR Carnets (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1993(2) are hereby revoked.
