ROAD TRAFFIC AND VEHICLES

These Regulations further amend the Motor Vehicles (Driving Licences) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1994 by increasing the fee payable for a driving test on all types of vehicles except invalid carriages (for which no fee is payable) as follows—for all types of vehicles, except a motor cycle, in the case of a test which is due to commence before half past four in the afternoon, from £25·50 to £27·00; andfor a motor cycle—in the case of a test which is due to commence before half past four in the afternoon, from £25·50 to £38·00; andin the case of a test which is due to commence at or after that time or on a Saturday, from £38·50 to £48·50.
