The Department of Health and Social Services, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 67(1) of, and paragraphs 4(4) and 7(d) of Schedule 5(2) to, the Disability Discrimination Act 1995(3), and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:

(1)

Section 67 is modified by paragraph 46 of Schedule 8 to the Disability Discrimination Act 1995

(2)

Paragraphs 4(4) and 7(d) are modified by paragraph 52(2) and (4) of Schedule 8 to the Disability Discrimination Act 1995

(3)

1995 c. 50; see definitions of “prescribed” and “regulations” set out in section 68(1) as modified by paragraph 47(1) of Schedule 8 to the Disability Discrimination Act 1995
