CRIMINAL PROCEDURE

The Children’s Evidence (1995 Order) (Commencement) Order (Northern Ireland) 1996

In exercise of the powers conferred on me by Article 1(2) of the Children’s Evidence (Northern Ireland) Order 1995(1), I hereby make the following Order:—

Citation

1.  This Order may be cited as the Children’s Evidence (1995 Order) (Commencement) Order (Northern Ireland) 1996.

Appointed day

2.  The day appointed for the coming into operation of the Children’s Evidence (Northern Ireland) Order 1995 shall be 8th April 1996.

Explanatory Note
