“employed earner” and “self-employed earner” shall be construed in accordance with section 2(1) of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits (Northern Ireland) Act 1992(3);
“period of study” has the meaning assigned to it by regulation 61 of the Income Support (General) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1987(4);
“remunerative work” has the meaning assigned to it by regulation 5(1) of the Income Support (General) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1987(5).”
