Explanatory Note
(This note is not part of the Order.)
This Order revokes and replaces the Magistrates' Courts Fees Order (Northern Ireland) 1994 (as amended) so as to:
(a)increase a number of the fees payable in respect of proceedings in Magistrates' Courts;
(b)introduce a new fee, of £40, to be paid on a bingo club grant being declared final; and
(c)increase the fees payable for service of a summons or process.
