The Social Security (Graduated Retirement Benefit) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1995

The Department of Health and Social Services for Northern Ireland, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 62(1) of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits (Northern Ireland) Act 1992(1) and section 135(7) of the Social Security Administration (Northern Ireland) Act 1992(2) and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, by this statutory rule which contains only regulations made in consequence of Article 128 of, and paragraph 3 of Schedule 4 to, the Pensions (Northern Ireland) Order 1995(3) hereby makes the following Regulations:
