The Department of Economic Development, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Article 603A(2) and 603D(4) of the Companies (Northern Ireland) Order 1986(1) and of every other power enabling it in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:

S.I. 1986/1032 (N.I. 6); Articles 603A to 603F are prospectively inserted by Article 13(2) of, and paragraphs 1 and 2 of Schedule 6 to the Deregulation and Contracting Out Act 1994 (c. 40)
