29. A person’s entitlement to a transitional award of incapacity benefit shall, except as provided in regulation 31 be subject to him satisfying the tests of incapacity for work under Part XIIA(1) of the Contributions and Benefits Act (incapacity for work).
Part XIIA is inserted by Article 7 of the Social Security (Incapacity for Work) (Northern Ireland) Order 1994
