Regulations 3 and 4

1.For registration of a company on its formation under the Order or in pursuance of Chapter II of Part XXII of the Order and for the re-registration of a company under the Order35.00
2.For registration of particulars required by Article 641 (1)or paragraph 1 of Schedule 20A(2) in respect of the establishment of a place of business or a branch of a Part XXIII company35.00
3.For entering on the register the name of a company assumed by virtue of a special resolution under Article 3840.00
4.For registration of an annual return, or of copies of accounts and reports delivered under Chapter II of Part XXIII of the Order(3) (other than at the same time as the registration of a branch under paragraph 1 of Schedule 20A)20.00
5.For a certified copy of, or extract from, any record kept by the registrar for the purposes of the Companies Orders1.00
6.and for each page of a certified copy or extract from such a record0.40
7.For a certificate of the incorporation of a company (supplied otherwise than on the incorporation of the company):

(a)for the first certificate supplied on any one occasion
