The Department of Economic Development(1), in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 26(6A) and (7) of the Fair Employment (Northern Ireland) Act 1976(2), section 6(3) of the Fair Employment (Northern Ireland) Act 1989(3), Article 61(3), (5) and (6) of the Industrial Relations (Northern Ireland) Order 1976(4) and of every other power enabling it in that behalf, with the approval of the Department of Finance and Personnel, hereby makes the following Order:
