The Social Security (Incapacity Benefit) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1994

The Department of Health and Social Services for Northern Ireland, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by sections 30B(7), 30C(3), (4)(a) and (6), 30D(3) and 30E(1) and (2) of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits (Northern Ireland) Act 1992(1) and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, by this statutory rule which contains only regulations made consequential upon Articles 4(1) and 5(1) of the Social Security (Incapacity for Work) (Northern Ireland) Order 1994(2), hereby makes the following regulations:

1992 c. 7; section 30B was inserted by Article 4(1) of, and sections 30C to 30E were inserted by Article 5(1) of, the Social Security (Incapacity for Work) (Northern Ireland) Order 1994 (S.I. 1994/1898 (N.I. 12))
