In exercise of the powers conferred on me by Article 1(2) of the Criminal Justice (Northern Ireland) Order 1994(1), I hereby make the following Order:—
Citation
1. This Order may be cited as the Criminal Justice (1994 Order) (Commencement) Order (Northern Ireland) 1994.
Appointed day
2. The day appointed for the coming into operation of the Criminal Justice (Northern Ireland) Order 1994 shall be 9th January 1995.
