Amendment of the Public Health (Ireland) Act 1878
3. The Public Health (Ireland) Act 1878(1) shall be amended as follows—
(a)in section 25(2) (power of district council to enforce drainage of undrained houses) for “one hundred feet” on both occasions where it occurs substitute “30.5 metres”;
(b)in section 27(2) (penalty on braiding house without drains in any district) for “one hundred feet” substitute “30.5 metres”; and
(c)in Schedule C, Form E for “one hundred feet” substitute “30.5 metres”.
