Amendment of the Explosives Act 1875
16. In proviso (2) to section 5 of the Explosives Act 1875 for the words “with respect to the conveyance of gunpowder” there shall be substituted “and of any health and safety regulations (within the meaning of Part II of the Health and Safety at Work (Northern Ireland) Order 1978)(1) which apply to that conveyance”.
