in Northern Ireland, is eligible for appointment as a company auditor under Article 28 of the Companies (Northern Ireland) Order 1990.

in subsection (7) after the words “Companies Act 1989” insert “or Part III of the Companies (Northern Ireland) Order 1990.”.
