Coming into operation

The Department of Economic Development, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Articles 2(3)1 and 265(1) and (3)2 of the Companies (Northern Ireland) Order 19863 and of every other power enabling it in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:
