The Social Security (Finland) Order (Northern Ireland) 1992

Citation and commencement

1.  This order may be cited as the Social Security (Finland) Order (Northern Ireland) 1992 and shall come into operation on 31st December 1992.

Modification of the Contributions and Benefits Act and the Administration Act and variation of the Finland Order

2.  The Social Security Contributions and Benefits (Northern Ireland) Act 1992 F1 and the Social Security Administration (Northern Ireland) Act 1992 shall be modified and the Social Security (Finland) Order (Northern Ireland) 1991 F2 shall be varied so as to give effect to the Convention on Social Security set out in the Schedule to that order as amended by the Agreement contained in Notes set out in the Schedule to this order, so far as the same relate to Northern Ireland.
