Appointed day

2.  The day appointed for the coming into operation of the following provisions of the Housing (Northern Ireland) Order 1992 is 1st October 1992—

(a) Part III;

(b) Article 108(1) in so far as it relates to the provision mentioned in paragraph (d);

(c) Schedule 3, and

(d) Part II of Schedule 9.
