The Department of Economic Development(2), in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Article 361(1), (3) and (4) of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989(3) and of every other power enabling it in that behalf, with the concurrence of the Department of Finance and Personnel, hereby makes the following Order:
