Revocation and modifications
30.—(1) Sections 5 and 18 of the Petroleum (Consolidation) Act (Northern Ireland), 1929(1) shall cease to have effect insofar as they relate to the carriage of petroleum mixtures and liquid methane in a road tanker or tank container.
(2) The Regulations specified in Column 1 of Part I of Schedule 5 are hereby revoked to the extent specified in Column 3 of that Part.
(3) The Regulations specified in Part II of Schedule 5 are hereby modified to the extent specified in that Part.
