STATUTORY RULES

The Statutory Rules (Exemption) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1991

19th December 1991

Coming into operation

1st February 1992

The Department of Finance and Personnel in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Articles 6(2)(d) and 7(1) of the Statutory Rules (Northern Ireland) Order 1979(1) and paragraph 2(1) of Schedule 1 of the Northern Ireland Act 1974(2) and of every other power enabling it in that behalf and with the concurrence of the Lord Chief Justice, hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1.  These regulations may be cited as the Statutory Rules (Exemption) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1991 and shall come into operation on 1st February 1992.

Exemption

2.  The Insolvency Rules (Northern Ireland) 1991(3) are hereby exempted from Article 6(2) of the Statutory Rules (Northern Ireland) Order 1979 (which requires statutory rules to be printed in the annual volume of statutory rules).

Explanatory Note

(This note is not part of the Regulations).

These Regulations allow the Insolvency Rules (Northern Ireland) 1991 to be omitted from the 1991 annual volume of statutory rules.
