Section 11Attendance Benefit
Article 28
For the purpose of any claim for attendance benefit under the legislation of one Party, any period of insurance, residence or presence, as the case may be, completed in the territory of the other Party shall be treated as if it were period of insurance, residence or presence completed in the territory of the former Party, provided that the person concerned is ordinarily resident in the territory of the former Party.
