Citation and commencement

1.  This order may be cited as the Social Security (Industrial Injuries) (Dependency) (Permitted Earnings Limits) Order (Northern Ireland) 1992 and shall come into operation on 6th April 1992.

Increase of earnings limits in respect of dependent children

2.  In section 64(1B) of the Social Security (Northern Ireland) Act 1975 F1

(a)in paragraph (a) for “£110” there shall be substituted “ £115 ”; and

(b)in paragraph (b) for “£14” and “£110” there shall be substituted “ £15 ” and “ £115 ” respectively.

F11975 c. 15; subsections (1B) and (1C) of section 64 were inserted by paragraph 3 of Schedule 3 to the Health and Social Security (Northern Ireland) Order 1984 (S.I. 1984/1158 (N.I. 8) and section 64 (1B) was amended by Article 2 of the Social Security (Industrial Injuries) (Dependency) (Permitted Earnings Limits) Order (Northern Ireland) 1991 (S.R. 1991 No. 72). Section 64 ceased to have effect except for existing beneficiaries from 6th April 1987 by virtue of paragraph 4 of Schedule 3 to the Social Security (Northern Ireland) Order 1986 (S.I. 1986/1888 (N.I. 18))

Revocation

3.  The Social Security (Industrial Injuries) (Dependency) (Permitted Earnings Limits) Order (Northern Ireland) 1991 F2 is hereby revoked.
