Town Police Clauses Act 1847 (c. 89)N.I.

2.  (1)  Section 28 of the Town Police Clauses Act 1847 is amended as follows.N.I.

(2) Omit the words “Every common prostitute loitering and importuning passengers for the purpose of prostitution:”.

Towns Improvement (Ireland) Act 1854 (c. 103)N.I.

3.  (1)  Section 72 of the Towns Improvement (Ireland) Act 1854 is amended as follows.N.I.

(2) Omit the words from “and any constable” to “(that is to say)”.
