SCHEDULE 1 N.I. Minor and consequential amendments

Sexual Offences (Amendment) Act 1992 (c. 34) N.I.

22.—(1) The Sexual Offences (Amendment) Act 1992 is amended as follows. N.I.

(2) In section 2(3) (offences against the law of Northern Ireland to which the Act applies)—

(a) after paragraph (ha) insert—

“(hb) any offence under—

(i) any provision of Part 2, 3 or 4, or

(ii) Article 65, 66, 67, 70, 71, or 74,

of the Sexual Offences (Northern Ireland) Order 2008;”; and

(b) in paragraph (i) for “(ha)” substitute “ (hb) ”.
