(i) sub-paragraph (a) for “Community licences and counterparts of such licences” substitute “ and Community licences ”;

(ii) in sub-paragraph (e) omit “and counterparts of licences” and “or counterparts of licences”; and

(iii) omit sub-paragraph (ea);
