8.The Order has 86Articles and 8 Schedules. It is structured in six Parts. The Introductory issues are contained in Part I, while Part II deals with Offences and Enforcement and Part III with Driver Licensing issues. Part IV deals with Driver and Vehicle Testing, Part V with Driving Instruction and a number of Miscellaneous issues are contained in Part VI.
