8. The provisions of Article 248 and of Part I of Schedule 10 shall apply, as they apply in relation to the carrying out of works in exercise of powers under this Order, in relation to the carrying out of works by virtue of an authority granted by so much of any compulsory works order as makes provision other than provision conferring powers of compulsory acquisition.N.I.
