In Article 7(5)(a) for “the Department” substitute “the sewer authority”.

In Article 9(1) for sub-paragraphs (a) and (b) substitute—
a
“sewer” and “public sewer” have the same meanings as in the Water and Sewerage Services (Northern Ireland) Order 2006;
b
“sewer authority”, in relation to a public sewer, means the sewerage undertaker in which the sewer is vested.

In Articles 9(3)(a), 18(3)(a), 48(1) and 49(4)(a) and in paragraph 1(a) of Schedule 1 for “the Department” substitute “the sewer authority”.
