39.—(1) Amend Article 62 (service of documents) as follows. N.I.

(2) In paragraph (1)(b)—

(a) omit “by the district valuer” in both places where it occurs;

(b) for “the valuation list” in both places where it occurs substitute “ a valuation list ”.

(3) In paragraph (2)—

(a) omit “of the Environment”;

(b) in sub-paragraph (a), for “that” substitute “ the ”.
