28.  In each of the following provisions for “pupil attending” substitute “registered pupil at”—

(a) paragraphs 2(2)(a), 3(2)(a) and 7(2)(b) (twice) of Schedule 5;

(b) paragraphs 4(2)(a) and 5(2)(a) of Schedule 6;

(c) paragraph 2(1)(a) of Schedule 7.
