3.The Order will secure changes necessary to implement the revised statutory curriculum, and to give effect to aspects of the new arrangements for post-primary education, including the prohibition of academic selection, the curricular Entitlement Framework and powers to introduce new admissions arrangements. It will introduce new arrangements for the expulsion and suspension of pupils from grant-aided schools and make a number of other legislative changes.
