CHAPTER IIENFORCEMENT
Exercise of powers under Article 34: securing of premises35
An authorised officer who, by virtue of Article 34, enters relevant premises–
a
which are unoccupied; or
b
from which the occupier is temporarily absent,
shall on departure ensure that all reasonable measures have been taken to leave the relevant premises as effectively secured against unauthorised entry as he found them.
