60. In Article 87 (application of further provisions to money purchase schemes)—
(a)in paragraph (1)(a)—
(i)for “Articles 56 to 60” substitute “Part IV of the Pensions (Northern Ireland) Order 2005”, and
(ii)for “those Articles” substitute “that Part”, and
(b)in paragraph (2) omit “insolvency”.
