Articles 158 and 171 make provision for contributions to the Pension Protection Fund and the Fraud Compensation Fund to be levied by the Board.

The Board may do anything which—
a
is calculated to facilitate the exercise of its functions, or
b
is incidental or conducive to their exercise.

Schedule 4 makes further provision about the Board.
