Article 236 (Crown employment) is amended as follows.

In paragraph (4) omit the word “and” at the end of sub-paragraph (d) and after that sub-paragraph insert—

the reference in Article 130B(2)(a) to the employer’s undertaking shall be construed as a reference to the national interest, and

In that paragraph, in sub-paragraph (e), for “references” substitute “any other reference”.
