“Bad character”
7.Part II of the Order is concerned with evidence of Bad Character.
8.Article 3defines “evidence of bad character” for the purposes of Part II as “evidence of, or a disposition to, misconduct”. This does not include evidence to do with the alleged facts of the case, or of misconduct in connection with the investigation or prosecution of the offence.
