18.—(1) Until the commencement of section 186 of the Enterprise Act 2002 the reference to paragraph 12A of Schedule 7 to the Competition Act 1998 in Article 6(10) shall be construed as a reference to section 125(1) of the Fair Trading Act 1973 (c.41).N.I.
(2) Until the commencement of Part 9 of the Enterprise Act 2002 the reference to that Part in Article 63(10) shall be construed as a reference to sections 55 and 56 of the Competition Act 1998 (c.41).
