Article 92B shall be amended as follows.

In paragraph (1) for “appoint auditors” substitute “authorise any person”.

In paragraph (4) for “an auditor appointed by the Department” substitute “ a person authorised under paragraph (1) (“the authorised person”)”.

In paragraphs (5) , (7) and (8) for “auditor” substitute “ authorised person”.
