Interpretation of Chapter V N.I.

110.  In this Chapter—

• “deferred action notice” shall be construed in accordance with Article 111;

• “flat”, “house” and “owner” have the meaning given in Article 2 of the Order of 1981; and

• “flat in multiple occupation” [F1 means a house in multiple occupation within the meaning of the Act of 2016 which is a flat] .
