3.—(1) The Trade Union and Labour Relations Order shall be amended as follows.
(2) After Part IV there shall be inserted—
“PART IVAN.I.COLLECTIVE BARGAINING: RECOGNITION
Recognition of trade unions
44A. Schedule 1A shall have effect.” .
(3) Immediately before Schedule 2 there shall be inserted the Schedule set out in Schedule 1 to this Order.
