A decision as to the amount of benefit to which a person is entitled, where it appears to the Department that the amount is determined by the recipient’s entitlement to an increased amount of income support or income-based jobseeker’s allowance in the circumstances referred to in section 140(2) or 140A(2) of the Administration Act.
