Clerks to appeal tribunals N.I.

11.  The Department may by regulations provide— N.I.

(a) for clerks to be assigned to service appeal tribunals; and

(b) for clerks so assigned to be responsible for summoning members of the panel constituted under Article 7 to serve on such tribunals.
