SCHEDULE 2AMENDMENTS RELATING T VEHICLES DRIVEN BY HOLDERS OF PROVlSIONAL LICENCES AND NEWLY QUALIFIED DRIVERS
Application of this Schedule

The amendments made by paragraph 2 shall have effect in relation to any person who is or becomes the holder of a provisional licence.

The amendments made by paragraphs 3 to 7 shall have effect only in relation to a person who becomes a qualified driver on or after the day of the coming into operation of this Order.
