Repeal of provisions of the Shops Act (Northern Ireland) 1946

13.  In the [1946 c. 7 (N.I.).] Shops Act (Northern Ireland) 1946 the following provisions, namely—

(a) sections 1 to 5 (closing hours of shops); and

(b) Part II (conditions of employment),

shall cease to have effect.
