Interpretation
1. In this Schedule—
“relevant power” means a power conferred by Article 17, including a power exercisable by virtue of a warrant under this Schedule;
“responsible authority”—
(a)
in relation to an inspector appointed under Article 16(1), means the Department; and
(b)
in relation to an inspector appointed under Article 16(5), means the district council by which he is appointed.
