The Road Traffic Regulation (Northern Ireland) Order 1997

1.  In section 66 (safety arrangements at level crossings)—

(a) in subsection (3)(iii), for “Article 122 of the Road Traffic (Northern Ireland) Order 1981” substitute “Article 58 of the Road Traffic Regulation (Northern Ireland) Order 1997”;

(b) in subsection (9), in the definition of “traffic sign”, for “Road Traffic (Northern Ireland) Order 1981” substitute “Road Traffic Regulation (Northern Ireland) Order 1997”.
