(a)omit “and”; and
(b)after “1995” add “and the Road Traffic Regulation (Northern Ireland) Order 1997”.
5. In Article 120 (employment of traffic wardens for purposes of certain Articles), for “Article 118(1)” substitute “Article 44(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation (Northern Ireland) Order 1997”.
6.—(1) In Article 177 (identification of drivers or owners of, and passengers in, vehicles), after “under” where it first occurs insert “section 14 of the Chronically Sick and Disabled Persons (Northern Ireland) Act 1978 or”.
(2) In paragraph (2) of that Article (inserted by paragraph 20(2) of Schedule 3 to the Road Traffic Offenders (Northern Ireland) Order 1996),—
