Power to install equipment for detection of traffic offences

64.  After Article 65 of the [1993 NI 15.] Roads (Northern Ireland) Order 1993 (road humps and other traffic calming works) there shall be inserted the following Article—

“Equipment for detection of traffic offences

65A.   The Department may install and maintain on or near a road structures and equipment for the detection of traffic offences.”.
